After graduating from law school, I moved to Minnesota and worked for a large insurance company settling injury claims, pursuing subrogation and overseeing claims in litigation. In 2002, I returned to Kansas City and worked for a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm. In 2005, I opened my own office in the Kansas City metropolitan area. My office is now located in the historic Uptown Theater Building. My entire professional career has focused on personal injury claims.
For personal injury cases, my office works on a contingency fee basis. This means that you will not pay any up-front costs or attorney fees out of pocket. My office will advance all costs associated with your claim. After I recover compensation for your injury, I will be reimbursed for costs and receive payment for attorney fees. If I am unable to recover a settlement for you, you pay me nothing. When you are injured as a result of someone else's negligence, you should immediately contact an attorney to make sure your rights are protected and that you are fairly compensated for your injuries. When my office takes on a case, I handle all of the paperwork, communications and negotiations with the insurance company to allow my clients piece of mind while they are recovering from their injury. Although my office is located in Kansas City, Missouri, I handle cases in Kansas as well. Call my office for a free consultation regarding your personal injury claim and put my experience to work for you.
